These are the terms for using this website and buying from Nazar Battu. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

Nazar Battu is a brand run by Prakhar Mehta, based in Haryana, India. You can reach us at mehtaprakhar16@gmail.com. Full contact details are on our contact page.

Orders

When you place an order it is a request to buy. It becomes a confirmed order once we message you to confirm it.
Every item is made to order in a limited run. If a run sells out or we are unable to make or deliver your order, we may decline or cancel it before dispatch, and refund anything you have paid in full.
You agree to give us a correct name, phone number and delivery address.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and are the total you pay. Delivery is free.
When you take a cap and a pair of socks together, ₹200 comes off each matched set, shown in your bag before you order.
You can pay cash on delivery. Online payment will be offered when it is switched on.
If a price is shown wrongly because of an obvious error, we will tell you before confirming and you can choose to cancel.

The products

Our photographs show the designs as accurately as we can. Because everything is embroidered or knitted by hand to order, stitching and colour can vary slightly from piece to piece and from what you see on your screen.

Delivery, returns and refunds

These are covered on our shipping and returns and refunds pages, which form part of these terms.

Our designs

The designs, text, photographs and branding on this website belong to Nazar Battu. You may not copy or sell them without our written permission.

Liability

If something goes wrong with an order, the most we are responsible for is the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute cannot be settled by talking to us first, it will be dealt with by the courts of Haryana, India.
